Can clients download raw respondent data?
No. Client access is designed for summary-level project monitoring and reports. Raw respondent-level data and internal operational details are not exposed through the client workspace.

Joining the research panel
How do I become a Segmetrix surveyor?
Start by creating a surveyor account, verify your email, complete your profile, and wait for approval review. Approved surveyors can receive assignments when suitable projects are available.
What profile details are needed?
Surveyors are expected to complete required contact, location, education, occupation, language, availability, profile photo, verification photo, experience, and payment-preparation details. LinkedIn is optional.
Will I always have survey work after signing up?
No. Work depends on active client projects, target markets, timelines, suitability, approval status, and assignment availability.
How are surveyors paid?
Surveyors are paid for successfully completed and approved interviews. Actual payment is handled outside the panel through the approved operational payment process.
Where do I log in after approval?
Use the Surveyor Login option from the login page. Your dashboard will show profile readiness, assignments, updates, and relevant account tools.
